For the new year, I am going to floss, and brush my teeth AND use scalding fluoride 2x a day because I don't have a dental plan anymore! And chocolate only 3x a week...

My resolution is to eat my dinners together as a family. You know how busy life gets and everyone is on their own schedule. This year I am committed to eating together as a family atleast 4 times a week. That means sitting down, eating together with no other distractions! No tv, no phone calls, no texting!
